Subject: Fonts Used "faron" , 10/30/2003: Is there a magic way to see which fonts are being used and which ones can be safely deleted? "The TweakOholic" , 10/31/2003 No. Windows/Office uses these: Arial, Courier, Marlett, Times New Roman, Verdana, Symbol, and Wingdings. Before you start deleting all of the other fonts, you should make a backup of the fonts folder. Then you can delete any font except for the ones listed above. If you run into problems, you can simply restore the fonts from the backup folder. On my system I deleted all but the above listed fonts without any ill effects.... The fewer fonts you have installed, the faster Windows loads and runs.....zoom zoom. =o) "glee" , 10/31/2003: (Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm) Magic way? No....
